Agility Logistics : What's in store for 2010



The Middle East's largest logistics company, faces a tough 2010 as it battles a U.S. indictment that could push the company to book high provisions and dent earnings due to exclusion from future multibillion dollar government contracts.

The top food supplier to U.S. troops in Iraq, has denied the allegations and affirmed they will be found without merit. Agility's shares have dropped almost 50% of their value since Nov. 16 as investors worry about future significant payouts.

It is still expected though that Agility will be able to ride out this problem, being cash - rich and yet still retaining it's many existing multi-billion dollar contracts. Read More....
